High-powered, fun outdoor group fitness training that delivers RESULTS!

Fitcamp combines the camaraderie, motivation and fun of outdoor group exercise, a well-qualified and dedicated fitness professional, and highly effective workouts that utilize your body as the primary machine + the natural challenges of the terrain. The primary goal of Fitcamp workouts is to train your whole body in constantly changing ways with an emphasis on fat burning and overall physical conditioning through a variety of training methods.



BASICS

Fitcamp workouts consist of 1-hour training sessions (including warm-up and stretching/cool-down) at various outdoor locations islandwide on Oahu. Fitcamp workouts are typically held 2-3 times per week at each location.



THE WORKOUT

Fitcamp workouts are constantly changing, total body workouts that utilize a wide range of training techniques but with very minimal equipment (always provided). Fitcamp will definitely challenge you! All workouts and exercises are adaptable to most fitness level,s however, and modification to exercises are provided whenever necessary.



SMALL GROUPS, BIG RESULTS

Fitcamp training groups are limited to 10 participants to maximize trainer-client interaction and personalized attention to individual needs.

MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY SUPPORT TOOLS

In addition to amazingly effective Fitcamp workouts, all Fitcamp participants receive additional powerful accountability and motivational tools outside of Fitcamp to help stay on track toward their goals. These include:

  • Access to the exclusive SaltyCures Fitness Insider Facebook page, which contains additional motivational content, articles, videos, and other resources
  • Weekly personal check-ins to ensure you're staying accountable and on track with your fitness goals

FITCAMP COSTS

Whether you're like most people who want a consistent training option, or you can only attend as often as your schedule permits, Fitcamp training is very affordable and offers flexible attendance and payment options.

  • 4-week block $80 (8 sessions, 2x per week)
  • Drop-in rate - $15 per session (sessions may be purchased in bulk)
