The Most Important Nutrition Advice Ever! (Part 1)
People often ask me what I think is the best diet, the best foods to eat, etc., etc. for getting in shape.
My answer is not typically one that they expect (or like, as is often the case!).
But it's really critical for long term success, which is what you want and not some fast results from a fad diet that you won't stick to in the long run and therefore won't deliver you long term, consistent results!
