This is it, Week 6! You've worked hard and come a long way in six weeks and you've achieved the results that show it!
The last week of your R:20 program gives you another shot at improving upon how you did with the challenging Workout 6, as well as a chance to revisit where we started way back in Week 1 with Workout 1. You should see your improvements in your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and ability to work at a high level of intensity with minimal rest - congrats, you've earned that!
